Insurance
You can contact the Headway team at any time directly through their Contact form, where they will help you with insurance, billing, or account questions.
If your insurance provider is not listed above they may offer Out-of-Network benefits to partially cover our services.
Out of Network (OON). Many plans provide OON benefits, which can help you recover some of your money at a later date and which you have already paid in full, out of pocket. You will need to submit a superbill.Â
A superbill is a detailed invoice that is provided by Headway after a therapy session. It contains essential information about the services provided, diagnoses, and costs. Clients use superbills to seek reimbursement from their insurance companies, especially when visiting OON providers.

Billing:
We use Headway to manage billing and administrative work so we can place all our focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible.
The Headway team will reach out with an email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through the client portal.
